I know I praised this place and went head to head with others that knocked them but after 11 years I finally heard first hand a VERY RUDE GUY in customer service. I called to upgrade and give them my control # from a Western Union deposit and it was a guy I dealt with before. He asked for my account #, gave it to him told him where I sent it. He asked how much, I told him an d asked if I get a 10% cash bonus with my reload. He ignored me and asked for the control #. I said do I get a 10% cash bonus, he said in a pissed off voice give me the control #. So I did, went on with the rest of the info and at the end I asked do I get my 10% cash bonus too. He says I HEARD YOU THE FIRST TIME in once again a pissed off voice. Not sure who he was but I've dealt with him many times before without a hitch. Well they lost me as a good customer after 11 years there. Not sure if its cause he had a bad day or they are getting their arse kicked in football, but either way to many other places to play at that have better customer service so its time to MOVE ON!!
